. Customers must inform us on the order via email for confirmation on stock availability
(please state your order code no., colour, quantity, full name, contact number and local delivery address).
An email confirmation from us will deliver within 48 hours to confirm your order. If there are any items which are out of stock, we'll also update you via email.
. All payments must be made to our bank a/c within 3 days. Customers must inform us (via email) after payment has been transferred.
Upon receipt of your payment, orders will be processed and delivered via SingPost 3 days.

Postage & PackingY

. All prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars (S$). Free local delivery via normal mail postage.
Customers may request for delivery by registered mail at an additional charge of S$2.50 per order.

. OurdressRoom shall NOT be held responsible for any item lost in the normal mail delivery.
Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option.

. OurdressRoom has tried its best to display the colour & size of our merchandise as accurately as possible.
However, colours visual of the items may vary, depending on your monitor settings.

. All items will be wrap in bubble wrapper to aviod any damage during posting.

. No cancellation is allowed once payment is transferred.Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable

. For registered parcels, the article number & tracking number of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the delivery status of your registered parcel at
